2011 BC Strongest Man/Woman Competition
The
event went over very well despite the blistering heat. We ended up
with 31 athletes who competed. Women and men competed in a wide range of ages
and weight classes.
Local athlete Vince Romano won the Super Light weight men's class. The athletes look forward to seeing new and different (unusual) events and objects to test their strength and power.
Athletes were very pleased with the overall event and are looking forward to coming back to Kamloops next year.
We seek to build up our event again next year and hope our sponsors discovered good value in supporting us as sponsors. We value their participation and look forward to working with them again next year.
